The Wendelsworth Resident Association exists to serve the community of the Wendelsworth Estate in Wandsworth, south London.
We are a collection of residents, from all parts of the Estate that have formed a Committee to represent your ideas, problems and points of view. No particular member has any responsibility for any part of the Estate.
However, all members are encouraged to inform other members, via the meetings, about anything that interferes with the residents’ enjoyment. It is at these Committee meetings where a decision whether to take the issue(s) further is made. The Committee meets every 4 to 6 weeks so should you have any issues that you wish to raise then please get in touch through the Contact Us page.
The Wendelsworth Residents Association Goals.
To work closely with Wandsworth Council Officers and to offer our support in creating a better place to live.
We are active in promoting:-
We receive a basic grant of £300 based upon the size of the Estate and an additional £2 per household that join the Residents Association. If the RA gets in excess of 50% membership a bonus is paid.
It is therefore essential that households join the RA during its annual membership drive. The grant monies are spent on running costs, hire charges, printing and Estate events.
If you have any ideas how we can increase/improve our funding we would love to hear from you.
